To configure Outlook 2000, open Outlook 2000 and click 'Tools' -> 'Accounts'.

Select the 'Mail' tab, and click 'Add' -> 'Mail'

For 'Display name', enter your name as you wish it to appear in your e-mail messages. 

Click 'Next'.

Enter your TCQ Internet e-mail address.

Click 'Next'.

Select POP3. Enter pop.tcq.net as the 'Incoming mail server' and smtp.tcq.net as the 'Outgoing mail server'.

Click 'Next'.

For account name, enter your TCQ username, and enter your TCQ 

password. Make sure these are entered in the proper case. 

Click 'Next'.

Select "I will establish my Internet connection manually'.

Click 'Next'.

Click 'Finish'.

Now click Properties -> Servers

Click the box labeled 'My Server requires authentication'.

Click Settings

Make sure that 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server' is checked. 

Click OK

Click Close

You are now ready to use Outlook 2000 to send and receive e-mail.
