To configure Outlook 2002, open the Outlook 2002 program and click 'Tools' -> 'E-mail Accounts'.

Select "Add a new email account", click 'Next'. 

Select POP3, click 'Next'.

Under User Information, type your name as you want it to appear, and type your email address (username@tcq.net) in the box labeled 'Email Address'.

Under Logon Information, type your TCQ Internet username in lower case letters, and your password, if you want the password to be saved. 

Under Server information, type pop.tcq.net for the incoming mail server. Type smtp.tcq.net for the Outgoing mail server.

Click 'More Settings'.

Click 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".

Click OK.

Click 'Next' and 'Finish'.

You are now ready to use Outlook 2002 to send and receive e-mail.
