To configure Netscape Mail, open Netscape and click 'Edit' and 'Preferences'. On the left column, click 'Identity'.

Enter Your name, as you want it to appear on your e-mails, and enter your TCQ e-mail address. The other settings are optional. If you have your own domain name with an e-mail address pointing to your mailbox, you can enter that in the 'Reply-to-address' box. 

On the left column, click 'Mail Servers'. 

Click 'Add'. 

For 'Server Name', enter pop.tcq.net. For 'Server Type', select POP3 Server. Enter your TCQ username is lower case letters. Check 'Save Password'

Click 'OK'.

Enter smtp.tcq.net for 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server'.

Enter your username in the field labeled 'Outgoing Mail server user name' 

Click 'OK'.

You are now ready to use Netscape Mail.
